The Internet is filled with sweet posts to help you figure out if you like someone. This is not one of those posts. Here are your no BS, curse filled, “oh fuck, I kinda like this person” signs to figuring it out.

1. You Cuddle Even Though You Hate To Cuddle

I’m not into cuddling. I much rather you go to your side of the bed and we get some good sleep or better yet, go home. But this doesn’t work in relationships. Relationships need affection. I’ve worked on this a lot, and realized that the only time I’m comfortable doing this is when I’m into the person and if I can actually fall asleep in their arms, then I really like them.

2. You Feel Bad When You’re A Bitch/Asshole

Me apologize? Never! I tend to say some not so nice things to people and I’m never apologetic for it. I’ve always chucked it up to being “real”, but truth is I have no tact… I sometimes say smart-ass shit without even realizing it, but when I like someone, I feel bad about it and sometimes even apologize for my behavior. Liking someone obviously makes me soft.

3. You’re Not Sick Of Their Fucking Face

This one is a biggie. I usually get really bored with people and need my space. If you’re not sick of their fucking face, and you want to spend every available moment you have with them, guess what? You like them.

4. You Don’t Tell Your Friends All The Details Of Your Relationship

I recently got into a debate with a man I’m seeing that in the past would have made me call all of my friends to discuss and to pick sides, etc. This time I didn’t. I knew that he and I could figure it out and I didn’t want to hear anyone else’s opinion on the situation. Liking someone makes me a mature adult.

5. You Let Go Of All Your Other Hoes…Even When You Don’t Have A Title

Suddenly all the other people you were seeing, don’t seem that interesting. You stop responding to their texts or tap out all together. You didn’t need an official title for this either, you just let them go on your own because you’re committed to seeing if it will work with this one person.

6. You No Longer Plan Ahead

I’m huge on planning ahead. I schedule everything! I want to know the details of where and when we are going somewhere, but when I like someone, I just assume we’ll see each other and figure it out once we get together. My weekends don’t get filled up with social engagements and I suddenly have more time on my hands. This doesn’t mean I’m completely neglecting my friends, they get time too, but I’m not as concerned about spending Saturday night at home by myself.

What are some of your telltale signs that you like someone?
